  • 摘要: 近年来,公共卫生安全威胁传播趋势日益明显,对人民生命健康、社会稳定及经济安全等方面产生深远影响,不断推动公共卫生安全成为国家安全的重要部分具有重要意义。研究基于对国家安全等概念与特征的梳理,在总体国家安全观的视角下对公共卫生安全内涵以及对国家安全的作用与影响进行归纳分析,为我国应对公共卫生安全问题、提高公共卫生安全保障能力提供参考。
