  • 摘要: 结核病(tuberculosis, TB)作为全球重大的公共卫生问题,一直对人类的生命健康构成严重威胁,2023年全球估算新发TB患者约1 080万,发病率为134/10万。为实现WHO 2035年终结TB这一目标,近年来世界各国采取了多项措施,包括加强TB监测和报告、提高诊断水平、开展积极有效的治疗、加强疫苗接种以及开展公众健康教育等,以控制TB的流行。这些措施使TB的流行得到了有效遏制。通过参阅文献、指南、专家共识和技术规范,对当前TB的流行现状、诊治技术、防治策略等方面进行综述,为TB的防控提供参考依据。
